Faunalia is a professional association working on Geographic Information Systems and environmental analysis and management. Faunalia uses exclusively free and open source software.
Two festivals, called the Faunalia, were celebrated in honor of Faunus, one on the 13th of February, and the other on the 5th of December. One of the oldest and most popular deities, linked to nature and animals, Faunus was equated in early times with the Greek god Pan.
We aim at widening our horizon, both geographically and technically (especially in the field of Geographical Information Systems, where we are developing innovative solutions).
If you are interested in establishing a partnership, please write us.
